7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. In Canada, these rights are governed in part by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
You can update certain account information directly in the platform. For other requests, contact support@agreewell.ca. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

9. Third-party services
Our platform may link to or integrate with third-party services, such as payment processors. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies when you interact with third-party services.
10. Sensitive information
AgreeWell is designed to help organize sensitive family, financial, and legal-adjacent information. You control what you upload and share. Because the platform may contain highly personal information, we recommend using strong passwords, limiting access to trusted devices, and reviewing sharing settings carefully.
11. Children
AgreeWell is intended for adults managing separation matters. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Information about children may appear in case records when entered by a parent or guardian for legitimate case-management purposes.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate.
